But we live in a world where feedback is easily shared and often requested by many organizations, to be used for improving services or experiences. At Logansport Memorial Hospital, we want to be the preferred choice of patients, employees, and providers in north central Indiana. Logansport Memorial is using a new, secure tool to ask for online patient reviews. Submitting a review through the secure email or text message that you may receive after an office visit or care experience is quick, easy, and safe. If you receive an email or text message from Logansport Memorial, please know that it is safe to follow the prompts and respond by leaving a review.
Reviews will automatically be published to our Google pages for the Hospital, the Emergency Department, and our off-site clinic locations -- Express Medical Center, Peru Medical Center, Rochester Health Center, and Camden Health Center. Your contact information is safe, and never shared or distributed. The tool that we use is HIPAA-compliant for the protection of patient information and privacy. Reviews are published through the tool when you willingly submit them.

Information shared here is also kept safe and secure, but it is not automatically published to our Google pages. Stories submitted through the online form may be considered for testimonials.
