On Tuesday November 7, Logansport Memorial Hospital launched United Consumer Communications (UCC) through Artera, a new patient communication platform. UCC is used to communicate with patients for appointment reminders and confirmation, day-of-visit information, referrals, etc. Patients will receive communication in their preferred language (English or Spanish) based on their preferred contact method (text, call, or email) as indicated in their patient chart. Communication will come from the office phone number of the patient’s provider or from the two following phone numbers: (574) 725-3068, (574) 725-3589.

We are pleased to welcome Scott Marsh, DPM, FACFAS, to the Logansport Memorial Physician Network. He is a board-certified podiatrist offering comprehensive treatment for a variety of foot and ankle issues, including traumatic injuries, sports injuries, diabetic wounds and limb salvage, bone and soft tissue deformities, pediatric conditions, dermatological conditions, and total ankle replacements.

Logansport Memorial Hospital is pleased to congratulate Denice Townsend of Cardiopulmonary Services on her retirement. She has been with LMH for 16 years.

The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that Tara P. McVay, RN, MSN, CNO, has been appointed as the President/CEO of Logansport Memorial Hospital effective August 7, 2023. Official action was taken at a special session of the LMH Board of Trustees meeting on August 1, 2023.

Logansport Memorial Hospital (LMH) is pleased to have earned a 5-star rating in patient experience in the latest round of Overall Hospital Quality Star Ratings released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
