Logansport Memorial Hospital is proud to be an official Milk Depot for The Milk Bank of Indianapolis. Shortly after receiving the first donation, LMH Lactation Specialist Lora Adams had another mother ready to donate to babies in need. Mother to four, Brittany Wagoner, knows the importance of breast milk for babies and development, which made her decision to donate that much easier.

Rehabilitation after a cardiac incident is an important part of the healing process. A cardiac rehabilitation program can help patients regain strength and stamina, while improving overall heart health. For Patrick Rentschler, the Cardiac Rehab Program at Logansport Memorial Hospital made all the difference in his recovery.

Founded in 2005, The Milk Bank was established to improve health outcomes for premature and ill infants, foster better health for children, and decrease health care expenditures. Donated breast milk can be dropped off to Milk Depots, which are conveniently located to meet donors where they are. At Logansport Memorial Hospital, we are proud to announce that we are officially a Milk Depot for The Milk Bank.
